We are getting ready to GRADUATE and start working soon and we have been trying to decide where is the world to live and raise our family. It definitely hasn't been an easy decision and we haven't even made it final yet,but what do you all think about COLORADO (most likely Denver area). What have you experienced or heard about it, good or bad. I want to hear what you all have to say. Brady is there right now doing more interviews and hopefully soon we will have some definite plans for our future but for now let me know what you think.

We Love our Daddy!

So lately I have been doing the single mom thing a lot...between studying for boards, trips to find job opportunities, trips to interview, and now a trip to Mexico the kids and I have become quite a little team. No matter how much he is gone though we just never get used to it. We miss him so much and not just because he is a great helper (to me) and so fun to play with after a long day with mom. There really is just something about knowing the one you love is coming home at the end of the day. We are really grateful for all the work that he is doing and we know this isn't easy on him either so, THANKS DADDY, for all you do for our family. We are so lucky to have you.

Also we have to say thanks to all the great friends that take such good care of us while Brady is away. It is dreadfully hard to be so far away from family and I am reminded of that each time Brady takes a trip but then one of my friends or my "indy family" invites us to dinner or a movie, organizes a play day at the park, or just lets us hang out at her house to help the day pass and I'm quickly reminded of how lucky I am to live here and be surrounded by such wonderful people. Thanks guys, we love you all.

We Love Our Baby

We love you baby and can't wait to meet you.

With the baby's arrival date quickly approaching, we have had many talks about what it will be like when she gets here. We are all super excited and had to make a chain to see just how many "sleeps" until she finally arrives. There have been lots of questions and explaining during these little chats and it has been fun to see how their little minds try to make sense of all of it. What I love the most is how the little things they do show how much they love her already.

Caden is really intrigued with how the Doctor will get her out, which is easier for me to explain than most since I have C-Sections. At first I was very gentle with the information because I didn't want him to be worried for me but I soon found out that the cutting interested him more than it intimidated him and he really wants to watch. When I told him he couldn't, he asked if Daddy could at least take some pictures so he can see the blood. What a kid. He is really excited to see how small she is and he loves to feel her kick. He just recently started telling her little stories when he is laying on my belly. He is going to be a great big brother!!!

Kamrie can't wait for the baby to get here because she wants to take her down the slide on her "lappy lap." When I try to explain that this will not be possible for quite some time she forcefully explains the baby will be on her lap and she will keep her safe. I am a little nervous as to how helpful Kamrie is going to be but at least I know she is going to love her.
