We Love our Daddy!

So lately I have been doing the single mom thing a lot...between studying for boards, trips to find job opportunities, trips to interview, and now a trip to Mexico the kids and I have become quite a little team. No matter how much he is gone though we just never get used to it. We miss him so much and not just because he is a great helper (to me) and so fun to play with after a long day with mom. There really is just something about knowing the one you love is coming home at the end of the day. We are really grateful for all the work that he is doing and we know this isn't easy on him either so, THANKS DADDY, for all you do for our family. We are so lucky to have you.

Also we have to say thanks to all the great friends that take such good care of us while Brady is away. It is dreadfully hard to be so far away from family and I am reminded of that each time Brady takes a trip but then one of my friends or my "indy family" invites us to dinner or a movie, organizes a play day at the park, or just lets us hang out at her house to help the day pass and I'm quickly reminded of how lucky I am to live here and be surrounded by such wonderful people. Thanks guys, we love you all.

That's rough, but it is great that you have such good friends. How is the job search going? Any closer to where you think you might be going?

I know how you feel, and it is so true there is just something about Daddy being around that makes life even better. Good luck with job hunting.

I'm sorry it's so rough. I wish I could be there to play with you every day. They say it's all worth it in the end right? When does the end come though?

I'm feeling your pain on the single mom thing. We do it frequently at our house. :( Thank goodness it won't last forever! It's nice that you have such good friends in Indy.

I love Caden's cheeser grin in the picture. Hilarious!

And holy cow! Only 11 days left?!?! Where has the time gone?Good Luck!

Hooray for the end of the Daddy trips (hopefully). Thanks for letting us invade you and the kids every once in a while when he's been gone. What will we do when you're gone?
