No, I'm not in LONDON!
So I have been told that there was a mass email sent out from my account asking for money because I'm stuck in London. Although it would be nice to go to London I am safe and sound here in beautiful Colorado. Apparently someone has hacked into my email and changed the password so I can't even log on now. I am a little disturbed by this and feel somewhat violated. Hopefully I can figure out how to fix it but in the meantime it is probably best not to try to contact me through email. Sorry everyone!!! I will try to notify you all when I get a new email.

This year I planned ahead and was able to carry on a family tradition that I have always looked forward to and loved. Everyone who knows her knows that my mom is one in a million when it comes to making Christmas candy. I have always taken it for granted as I was always too close to really appreciate it. However, the last couple of years since I have been away from home during the holidays I have come to realize just how wonderful and unique her talent really is. I hope that by starting now and calling about every half hour to ask silly questions that someday I might be almost as good as she is. Thanks mom, for teaching me everything I know and for all the wonderful memories in the kitchen at Christmas...I hope that my kids will have some great one's too.
Brady had a couple of days off during the week so we took full advantage and spent an entire day in the kitchen making Goodies. By the end I was grumpy and ready to be done, it had been a long day and nothing seemed to turn out as good as I remembered it at mom's...hopefully with practice I can master the skill. All in all we had a really great time. Everyone pitched in and when we were done we delivered a few plates. The kids loved it and sang "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" at every single house (which surly comes from the Robbin's side), it was so cute. Caden even delivered a plate to his new "friend" Sarah, that was his only request so I thought I should honor it. When we got to the door he was so shy I had to do all the talking but I hope it scores him some points.

Wha'd ya Know, I'm domestic.
So I feel a little like Martha Stewart, except the whole prison thing. I have been really brave lately and tried a couple of sewing projects...with a lot of help from my good friends. Thanks guys for everything. This started as a last minute Christmas present for Kamrie but then I realized I now have 2 girls so I added another one to the mix. I had a lot of fun and I think these turned out great for a first attempt.
Deck the Halls
I'm not even going to apologize for taking so long to post this update. December is a crazy time for everyone so I'm sure you understand. We have been having a fantastic time getting ready for Christmas. We were able to get a "real" tree again this year, however the Christmas tree lot where we got it was not nearly as exciting as the tree farm from last year's adventure, but we still made some memories in the below-zero, freezing Denver weather. We picked by far the coldest day of the year to date to get our tree but the chill didn't bother the kids. We found a great tree and got it up but the decorations had to wait for a couple of days. It was a long time coming but we were pretty happy with our final product.
Looking for the one for us...Caden liked this one
Kamrie liked the baby one (does that surprise anyone?)And daddy wasn't quite sure.Avery was a good sport, but I don't think she really loved her first Christmas Tree adventure. The kids took a little break and warmed up in the little shack by the lot.
Avery was so excited to help decorate.
I love the look of intense concentration
I have found that one downside to having a real tree is the NEEDLES! I keep the vacuum right next to the tree and suck up needles at least twice a day. Brady kind of thinks I'm obsessed but they drive me crazy...I think it just might be enough to make me get an artificial one. I guess we'll see.

Turkey Day
We had such a great Thanksgiving. Some of my family was able to make the trip on Wednesday to spend the Holiday with us. Mom, Dad, Mal, Tanner, and Baby Wyatt arrived on Wednesday night. The boys got up early Thursday to play in the Turkey Bowl, I was sleeping so I didn't get any pictures but they were sore for a few days so the memories are there I assure you. While the boys were away us ladies had a ball in the kitchen. We had a fantastic dinner and then the boys went to the Broncos game, they just couldn't get enough football. They had a great time although they almost froze to death. Brady had to work some the rest of the weekend, but some of us were able to take advantage of black friday. There was also a gun show, dinner at the olive garden, lots of games, and so much more. Thanks guys for making the trip. It was so much fun.
Mal and Kamrie making Turkey Crafts
Not the most beautiful pies but they sure were delicious.

More of our adorable BALLERINA
Kamrie had her first dance recital in November! I am so sad to report that of the three most adorable dances I have ever seen we only captured one on video due to some technical difficulties. I cried over the loss of footage but Brady assured me there will be many more to come. She loved being on stage and did so good. I just love this little girl. Here is the video that we have. Enjoy!

Seven Months
This little girl is the love of our lives. Caden and Kamrie adore her! We are really loving watching her grow. She really is awesome. In just a couple of months she has started crawling, pulling up on things crawling up stairs, playing peek-a-boo, clapping, and so much more.

Fall, Winter, and Halloween
Well, we have had a little of everything since I last posted. Grandma and Grandpa were able to drop in for a few days and we just loved having them around. Having visitors just makes life great. We had fun visiting the book fair at Caden's school, checking out Brady's office and even getting a little dental work done, going to the pumpkin patch, shopping, and all kinds of other excitement. Thanks for staying with us, we had way too much fun.
Then we had 2 days of winter. We went sledding, had a fantastic snow day meal and treats with friends, and made a snowman with our favorite neighbor. Halloween was beautiful. The snow all melted, we carved pumpkins, visited the nursing home in full costume, and trunk or treated after a dinner of chili and cinnamon rolls.
